Production Services
Services may include creative development, pre-production planning, filming, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery. Project timelines are estimates and may change due to scope updates, approvals, weather, location constraints, or third-party dependencies.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, Murdoch Street Productions LLC retains ownership of pre-existing materials, internal workflows, and production methods. Final deliverables and usage rights transfer according to the approved contract and only after full payment is received.
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party software, stock libraries, music licensing providers, or hosting platforms. Their use is subject to the respective provider terms and licensing conditions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, and access to relevant brand assets. Delays in feedback or approvals may affect schedules and delivery dates.
Payments and Fees
Payment terms, deposits, milestone invoices, and any late fees are governed by the specific project agreement. Additional revisions or scope expansion beyond the agreed brief may incur extra charges.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the governing agreement. Client remains responsible for payment of completed work, non-cancelable commitments, and approved third-party expenses incurred prior to termination.
Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific marketing, commercial, or audience outcomes from produced content, as performance depends on multiple external factors.
